| Thanks for stopping by. My name is Les George and these are my knives. That is the what... As for the why, that is a little less clear. I make knives because I like knives. I make knives, because I enjoy the field and the people that are in it. Mostly though, someone else put it best, "I make knives because I can't help myself!" For now production is very limited but I'm willing to try about anything. If you have something you would like to have made, please feel free to ask.
