A good Balisong is a beautiful thing. The simple
complexity of the workings of it makes for a great
challenge to a maker. This type of knife have been long
neglected by knife makers and has enjoyed a resurgence
of popularity in resent years and has been a major focus
of my work since I resumed knife making.
No other knife is as solid a knife for utilitarian purposes,
or lends it's self so well to being enjoyed for what it is, in
my opinion. Be warned though, a Balisong is an addictive
thing to handle and if you play with knives, you will get
cut... I think it's worth it.
